what we crazy bloggers always do when it comes to traveling is of course getting a lot of #inspo where the photo hot spots at the new destination could be. So when I was looking for Zurich I recognised there is not a lot on Instagram. So I really was not sure if I could get out the perfect pics for you guys. Just in case I bought 10 PINK balloons. But I would not have needed them at all.
When we arrived at Zurich it was the cutest and most instagramable city ever. Nostalgic, romantic and full of stylish places. Anyway it is always nice to walk around like a birthday girl with PINK balloons, right 😉
PINK Stay
We stayed at the chic B2 Hotel + Spa Zürich. The hotel is very urban and cozy at the same time. You will have breakfast in the middle of a big library and enjoy the very modern interior. The highlight of the B2 Hotel is definitely the connected spa. First there is a stunning rooftop infinity pool with a view all over Zurich. In the cellar you will find a traditional roman sauna treatment. We love this unique hotel located in the heart of Zurich.
PINK Sights
Zurich is perfect for a one or two day trip as there aren’t too many sights:
Bahnhofstrasse: The best place to stroll around and shop. You will find all the big fashion labels at this street. Especially when it comes to swiss luxury watches the choice is huge!
Bellevue: This amazing square is directly located at the Zurich Lake. I never saw so many swans at one place! #dreamy
Zurich lake: Which city in the world can offer a romantic lake in its heart? It is just true luxury to swim during summer or have a boat ride into the sunset in the middle of your city. This feels almost like at NCY’s central park.
PINK Food
Quai61: The best place to eat with a breathtaking view of Zurich lake and very yummy Lillet Rosé which is our favourite summer drink! Maybe because it is PINK 😉 What is yours?
Razzia Zürich: Always wanted to eat in a vintage cinema? This elegant restaurant offers not only a style from the early 20’s but also amazing food.
Sprüngli: Well, this is a must do for all #sweetooth. Café Sprünglis is famous all over the world especially for its macarons. So you know what they are called at Switzerland? Their name is “Luxemburgerli”. How cute is that!?
